The Women’s Services Map had an incredible year of growth and impact in 2025

To mark the second anniversary of our Women’s Services Map website, we have (today) published a detailed evaluation report to demonstrate how the UK’s only directory of specialist services for women and girls in contact with the criminal justice system is making a real difference to the women and organisations using it.

In just two years, the website has grown to become a trusted national resource to help women access the specialist support they need.

📍 111 women’s centres are now listed (up 13.2% from 2024)
📍 420 specialist services are categorised (up 17% from 2024)
📈 25,782 user sessions (+42%)
👥 19,137 website users (including a 43% rise in new users)
⏱  308 hours spent on the site last year alone (+20%)

This report not only provides an overview of the performance and usage of the map in 2025, but it also includes testimonies, feedback and case studies showing how it is improving continuity of care, supporting risk management, and empowering women to make informed choices.

“Beyond the numbers, this report reflects the voices and experiences of those who use the Map;
ensuring that women can access the critical support they need, when they need it most.”

– Abbi Ayers, Director of Strategic Development, National Women’s Justice Coalition

The Map is doing exactly what it was built to do:
