Resource Summary
Together a Chance (TaC) is a three-year pilot project to trial embedding a social worker in two women’s prisons, HMP Eastwood Park, Gloucestershire and HMP Send, Surrey. This pilot was led by The Prison Advice and Care Trust (Pact) in response to the Farmer Review of the women’s prison estate (2019) which recommended that social workers be placed in women’s prisons.
