Brighton Women’s Centre (BWC) commissioned an independent external consultant, Russell Webster, to undertake an evaluation of the “From Court to Support” (FC2S) project which
provided support to women across Sussex who were either in breach of community orders or at risk of breaching them with the twin objectives of:
- Giving women support with the issues that matter to them and supporting them to build confidence in order to move towards the future they want, and
- Avoiding breach and possible re-sentencing and incarceration.
The project ran from April 2021 to March 2023.
