The Phoebe Centre is an Ipswich-based charity committed to fighting violence against women, advocating for women’s rights, and supporting women and girls to improve their quality of life through the provision of a holistic support service that meets multiple needs. As a specialist by and for organisation, Phoebe is run by Black, minoritised and migrant women for Black, minoritised and migrant women and children.
